Senior Helpers is pleased to announce - in conjunction with Whole Foods - the inaugural class in the "Healthy Living in the Golden Years" series:
"Eating Well and Good Eating", with chef Trudy Schafer
Besides being a hands-on cooking class, we hope to highlight the changing nutritional needs seniors experience as they enter their golden years.
In addition to Chef Trudy's expertise, we will also hear from nutritionist Elaine Chan, B.S., R.D., M.S., from the Four Fifty Sutter Pharmacy.
The class will be held on August 14 at 11:30 am and will run to 1:30 pm.
